The mechanic is simple enough to explain in one line: every user keeps a personal measurement that the tool extends each day, so the number on screen is a running score rather than a claim about anatomy. That makes it a streak game dressed in crude props, built for existing group chats where friends compare scores — a daily bit of banter to post in a thread, not a subject anyone would come to for information. The maker's handle and the linked blog point to one independent builder rather than a staffed service. What you can check in a minute is the growing ruler itself: join a chat, use the tool, and watch the value climb from one day to the next. Expect the tone to be juvenile and the vocabulary deliberately vulgar, which is the point rather than an accident. Worth a look if your circle needs a recurring bit of nonsense; worth nothing if you wanted a real measuring instrument, because the measurement is invented.
