Connect a bot to your group or channel
Add a bot of your own to the chat and the latest 20 messages of the chat appear on its page at teleseeker.com — each with the name of the person who wrote it. The bot reads the chat directly from Telegram, so the messages cannot be forged.
Sign in first
A connection belongs to the account that made it. Sign in with Telegram and the form below opens.
Before you connect
Connecting a bot publishes this chat's messages. We collect what the bot receives and show the latest 20 messages on this entity's page at teleseeker.com — each with the name of the person who wrote it. The collection covers the messages sent from the moment the bot joined, and stops as soon as the bot is removed from the chat.
Connect a chat
Three steps: create a bot with
@BotFather, add it to
the chat, then paste the chat's username and the bot's token here. The
bot needs its privacy mode off to read a group — @BotFather's
/setprivacy does that.
Why connect?
A connected chat puts its latest 20 messages on its page — the page shows what the group talks about, not only what its profile card says.
Our ranking reads three facts: how big the entity is, how recently it spoke, and how much it has to say. The "how recently" reading is empty for a chat that publishes nothing of its own, so we score it on a decaying guess. Connect a bot and the reading becomes real — a chat that spoke in the last three days takes the top of that scale and moves up the group listings and the topic pages.
Connecting does not make a chat louder than it is: a chat that goes quiet for more than two months falls to the bottom of that scale. The ranking follows the chat, not the connection.
My connections
The chats you connected. Unbinding drops the messages collected for the chat and takes the connected mark off its page. A chat your bot talks about but that is not connected here shows up too — connect it to publish its messages.
